Roger Charles

Roger Charles is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in both public and private sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Accountant at the City of Riviera Beach since June 2006, Roger specializes in the production of Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports and the maintenance of the General Ledger. Prior experience includes a role as a Project Accountant at Cottrell Inc., where responsibilities encompassed managing project billing processes and collaborating with project managers on contract matters, as well as generating financial reports. Earlier, from June 1990 to July 1999, Roger worked at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center, establishing accounting policies and overseeing customer and third-party billing. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Baruch College and advanced certifications from Queens College, Guyana.
