Dave Kooistra

Dave Kooistra is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in enterprise technology and management. Currently serving as an Enterprise IT Specialist and Manager of Information Technology at the City of Rochester, MN since March 2016, Kooistra previously held key positions at McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing, Inc., where roles included IT Technical & Business Manager and IT Project Manager from August 2007 to March 2016. Experience also includes over 25 years at IBM, culminating in the role of Senior IT Architect from July 1982 to July 2007. Kooistra earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science & Industrial Administration from Iowa State University between 1978 and 1982.
