Julie Brock is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in project management, strategic consulting, and education. Currently serving as a Project Manager for the City of Rochester, MN, since February 2023, Julie Brock is focused on enhancing access for Black, Indigenous, and Women of Color in Built Environment industries. As Lead Strategist at Julie Brock Consulting, LLC, since November 2021, Julie Brock applies evidence-based decision making and transformative learning theory to facilitate actionable results. Previous roles include Assistant Director at Winona State University, Executive Director at Cradle 2 Career, and Workforce Strategy Consultant at the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development, where Julie Brock collaborated with various stakeholders to improve workforce initiatives.
