Cpmsm Diron Baker

Diron Baker, CPMSM, is a Senior Civil Engineer with the City of Rockville since May 2018, specializing in planning and designing water, wastewater, and stormwater projects, as well as conducting structural assessments of these systems. Prior to this role, Diron served as the Program Manager for the Watershed Protection and Restoration Program at Anne Arundel County Department of Public Works, overseeing compliance with federal and state pollutant reduction mandates. Previous experience includes working as an Environmental Engineer focused on petroleum remediation at AECOM and as a Grants Analyst at URS Corporation. Diron began their career as an Engineering Student Intern with the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District and holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
