Natalia Nieves

Natalia Nieves, PhD, LCPC, serves as the Director of Human Services for the City of Rolling Meadows, where responsibilities include managing and coordinating outreach and social services programs. With a strong background in social services, Natalia developed the Police Social Services program in 2013 and has held various roles including Couple and Family Therapist at BARNES & KLATT PC, and Bilingual Therapist at the Community Counseling Centers of Chicago. Additionally, experience includes serving as a Forensic Interviewer at the Children's Advocacy Center of North and Northwest Cook County, and as a Bilingual Social Worker with SGA Youth and Family Services. Natalia holds a PhD in Couple and Family Therapy and an MA in Counseling Psychology from Adler University, as well as a BA in Psychology from Michigan State University.
