Craig Dragna Msa

Craig Dragna, MSA, is currently a Senior Network Communications Specialist and Local Agency Network Security Officer for the City of Royal Oak, Michigan, where responsibilities include IT and telephony support for a large end-user environment, as well as project management for various IT initiatives. With extensive experience in information technology roles, Craig has also served as an Interim Manager of Information and Communication Technology, overseeing departmental operations and project management. Previous positions include IT support at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, account systems technician at GetWellNetwork, and project manager in the construction sector. Craig holds a Master of Science in Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems Management from Central Michigan University and Baker College, respectively, and is a certified Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. In addition to technical roles, Craig is actively involved in BMX racing as a team rider for Albe’s BMX Shop, showcasing both competitive spirit and dedication.
