Kim Hitchcock

Kim Hitchcock has a solid background in human resources, with their most recent position being the Human Resources Director at the City of San Jacinto, CA since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at the same company starting in April 2019. Before joining the City of San Jacinto, Kim was a Human Resources Analyst at the City of Moreno Valley from May 2012 to April 2019. Kim also gained experience as a Risk Management & Benefits Analyst at the San Bernardino Community College District from May 2001 to October 2006 and as a Human Resources professional at Inland Counties Legal Services from 1999 to 2001.

Kim Hitchcock has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management from Chapman University, which they obtained from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from California State University-San Bernardino from 1994 to 1997. Kim also holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from San Bernardino Valley College. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including CLRM (Certified Labor Relations Master) from CALPELRA in July 2021, SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in October 2015, and Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) from HRCI in October 1998.
