Eric Osborne

Eric Osborne is a versatile communications professional and artist actively engaged in multiple creative fields. Currently serving as Communications Manager for the City of San José's Office of Councilmember David Cohen, Eric utilizes extensive experience in public relations and city council assistance. As a business owner of Paints & Pixels, Eric specializes in hand-painted signs and comprehensive branding services. In the music industry, Eric performs as a singer and songwriter with The Limousines while managing numerous production roles, including videography and social media curation. Eric also owns Orchard City Books & Noise, a DIY imprint that supports various artists. Past roles include Creative Director at Clearchannel and an artist with Sony Music Entertainment's band Strata. Eric holds an Associate's Degree in Art History from West Valley College and a high school diploma from Westmont High School.
