Lucia Pohlman

Lucia Pohlman is a dedicated sustainability professional with diverse experience in environmental initiatives and community engagement. Currently serving as a Sustainability and Natural Resources Analyst for the City of San Luis Obispo since October 2021, Lucia is instrumental in implementing the city's Climate Action Plan to achieve carbon neutrality. Prior to this role, Lucia worked with HIP Investor on climate finance strategies, and as a Resilience Consultant for Waterfront Alliance, where collaborative efforts with over 300 stakeholders led to a comprehensive action agenda for regional resilience. Additional experience includes positions as a Consultant at SustainAbility, Program Manager at The Greenhouse Project, and freelance graphic design work. Lucia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Dartmouth College.
