Christopher Taylor

Christopher Taylor is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in system administration and support. Currently serving as IT System Administrator and previously IT Support Analyst at the City of San Marcos since January 2019, Christopher has demonstrated expertise in managing VOIP and POTS phone systems, networks, and security solutions using tools such as Cisco CUCM, Unity, and Prime. Prior experience at McCoy Corporation included roles as MIS Communications Analyst, MIS Systems Analyst, MIS Asset Coordinator, and Help Desk Analyst, where responsibilities spanned hardware and software management, project management with Dell KACE, and end-user support. Earlier positions included tech support at teleNetwork and retail support at Target. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Texas State University.
