Paul Nichols

Paul Nichols is a seasoned Executive Coach with extensive experience in senior executive coaching, specializing in career progression, expatriation, mergers and acquisitions, team building, and intercultural management. Current roles include Chairperson of the Land Development Code Review Sub-committee and Planning Commissioner for the City of Sanibel. Previous positions encompass Executive Coach at FGCU Daveler & Kauanui School of Entrepreneurship, Mentor with SCORE Mentors Southwest Florida, and Consulting Partner at itim International. Paul has held leadership roles as CEO of 1insurer and Kewill, and as CEO of Logica in North America, contributing to significant advancements in software solutions for the insurance industry. Academically, Paul holds a BSc(Hons) in Economics from Brunel University London and certifications in Executive Coaching and Intercultural Management.
