Brian Borguno

Brian Borguno, CPP, is an experienced professional in parking management and economic development. Currently serving as the Development Manager at the City of Santa Cruz Economic Development Department since January 2022, Brian previously held the position of Parking Program Manager for the City of Santa Cruz from March 2019 to January 2022. Prior to that, Brian worked as a Senior Associate at The Solesbee Group, contributing expertise in parking system management and consulting from September 2017 to January 2022. Brian's career also includes roles as Parking Director at the Anchorage Community Development Authority and Operations Manager at Republic Parking System. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Communications, and Film from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and an Associate of Science in Digital Video Production from Washtenaw Community College.
