Zach Pollard

Zach Pollard is a seasoned professional in civil engineering and public administration, currently serving as Parking Manager at the City of Santa Monica since May 2022, and previously held the position of City Engineer/Engineering Manager at the City of West Hollywood for a short tenure. Zach Pollard's extensive experience at the City of Santa Monica includes roles as Principal Civil Engineer and Civil Engineer, alongside work as a Transportation Engineer Planner at the City of Inglewood. Zach Pollard holds a Master of Public Administration from the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy and dual Bachelor's degrees in Environmental Engineering and Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University.
