Katy Oceguera

Katy Oceguera is a seasoned Community Outreach Specialist at the City of Santa Rosa, a position held since December 2016. Prior to this role, Katy was a Custom Buff Specialist at Buff, Inc., where responsibilities included managing Custom Buff orders and developing the company's website to enhance the ordering process. Katy's earlier experience includes serving as a Marketing and Events Specialist at the Nelson Family of Companies, where marketing strategies were implemented to boost sales and organize corporate events. Additionally, Katy worked as an Outreach Specialist at REI, fostering community relationships and coordinating service projects, and held positions as a Tutor/Mentor with CalServes - AmeriCorps and as an Account Executive at CBS Radio. Katy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications Media from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
