Suzanne Hartman

Suzanne Hartman is a City Planner for the City of Santa Rosa, where responsibilities include reviewing and processing land use permit applications and providing information on land use, zoning, and site development standards. Prior experience includes serving as a Planning Technician for the City of Piedmont, performing administrative and technical support related to planning, and a Geographic Information Systems Technician at Apex Systems, focusing on data analysis and enhancement. As a CivicSpark Climate Fellow, Suzanne contributed to the development of sustainability initiatives for the City of San Pablo, including a Green Infrastructure Plan. Earlier roles include serving as an AS Recycling Office Assistant and AS Sustainability Intern at California State University, Chico, where leadership in sustainability outreach was a key focus. Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Geography and Planning from California State University, Chico.
