Roger Wiley

Roger Wiley serves as the Chief District Judge for the Muscogee (Creek) Nation District Court since January 2022, and as a Supreme Court Justice for the Quapaw Nation since 2018. Previous roles include Attorney General for both The Muscoge Nation and the City of Krebs, as well as Municipal Court Judge in Krebs and Supreme Court Justice for the Seminole Nation of Oklahoma. Roger Wiley has extensive experience as a City Prosecutor for the City of McAlester and has practiced law as an Attorney in various capacities. Roger Wiley earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The University of New Mexico School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Oklahoma.
