Dustyn Gaddess has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan and a Diploma in CAD/CAM Engineering Technology from SIAST Kelsey Campus. Currently working as the Plant Manager - Water Treatment at the City of Saskatoon, Dustyn has vast experience in various roles such as ERP Portfolio Lead, Interim Water Treatment Plant Manager, Maintenance Engineer, Operations Engineer, and Owner of A & R Hydrant Repair Ltd. with a history of managing projects, developing strategic plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing staff in the water treatment and engineering field. Previous positions held include Project Manager at Agrium, Project Manager at Kova Engineering (Saskatchewan) Ltd., Design Technologist at Stantec and Associated Engineering.
