Shilpa Pangasa

Shilpa Pangasa is an experienced Information Technology Manager at the City of Saskatoon since February 2020, where responsibilities include leading IT strategy, integrating digital projects exceeding $5 million, and managing project portfolios to align with customer strategic plans. Prior to this role, Shilpa served as a Project Planner at Shaw Communications, where implementation of an ERP system transformed operational processes, and as a Relationship Manager at Chitih Venture, ensuring alignment between customer needs and provider capabilities. Additionally, Shilpa has held positions such as Engineering Project Manager at Capgemini, overseeing projects for key events like the London Olympics, and Technical Leader at Aricent Technologies, driving new technology offerings. Shilpa began a career in software engineering with Hughes Software Systems and ST Microelectronics, developing cutting-edge solutions and enhancing customer satisfaction through technical expertise. Shilpa holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Panjab University and Punjab Engineering College, completed in 2001.
