Tenille Thomson is a dedicated social development professional with extensive experience in community-oriented roles. Currently serving as the Social Development Manager for the City of Saskatoon since October 2018, Tenille plans, directs, and evaluates initiatives focused on community and social development, as well as diversity and inclusion. Prior to this, Tenille held the position of Director of Strategic Initiatives at the Provincial Metis Housing Corporation, implementing the Homelessness Partnering Strategy across Saskatchewan. Additional experience includes roles as a Health Coordinator for Métis Nation-Saskatchewan and a Legal Research Officer for Native Counseling Services of Alberta. Tenille's educational background includes a Master of Public Administration from the University of Saskatchewan and Bachelor degrees in Indigenous Social Work and Arts from First Nations University of Canada.
