Dan Bolton

Dan Bolton is an accomplished Desktop Support Technician with extensive experience in system administration and technical support. Currently employed by the City of Sherwood since November 2020, Dan has excelled in managing Microsoft Configuration Manager, developing automated routines for information security, and maintaining meticulous asset inventories. Previously, Dan served as a Customer Data Technician at CenturyLink for over 13 years, providing desktop support for a regional client base and contributing to Windows 10 deployment efforts. Dan’s technical proficiency also includes roles as a Business Systems Technician and a Student Assistant at the University of Hawaii at Hilo, where foundational skills in network configuration and equipment installation were developed. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Astronomy and Physics from the University of Hawai‘i System.
