Tom Arceneaux

Tom Arceneaux serves as the Mayor of Shreveport since December 2022. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Attorney at Blanchard Walker O'Quin & Roberts from February 2003 to January 2023, specializing in business and commercial law, state and local government law, and real estate, while also serving as vice president for business development and a member of the executive committee. Additional leadership experience includes serving as President of the Highland Restoration Association from 2013 to 2017 and as a Board Member for AMIkids from 2004 to 2017. Tom Arceneaux owned a solo law practice, M. Thomas Arceneaux, Attorney at Law, from February 1995 to January 2003. Tom completed a Juris Doctor degree at LSU Law from 1973 to 1976.
