James Chavez

James Chavez has extensive law enforcement experience within the City of South Gate, having served in various roles including Lieutenant, Traffic Sergeant, Police Sergeant, and Narcotics Detective from 2004 to the present. Before transitioning to law enforcement, James served as Sergeant of Marines in the United States Marine Corps. James holds a Master of Business for Veterans from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Management from Union Institute & University.
