Alexander Gibilisco

Alexander Gibilisco is a seasoned professional in equity and inclusion initiatives, currently serving as the Manager of Equity and Inclusion Initiatives for the City of Spokane since August 2020. Previous experience includes roles as a Program Development Specialist for the City of Tacoma and as a Compliance Analyst at the Washington State Department of Transportation, where Alexander focused on EEO compliance. Additional roles as a State Monitor Advocate at Iowa Workforce Development involved advocating for migrant seasonal farmworkers, while earlier positions included community organization and civic engagement coordination with Nebraska Appleseed and Border Action Network. Alexander's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and further studies at Southeast Community College.
