Jeanne Lamotte Finger Pe

Jeanne LaMotte Finger, PE, PMP, is a Senior Engineer at the City of Spokane, overseeing compliance and management of the Owners Dam Safety Program as Chief Dam Safety Engineer since May 2015. Prior experience includes roles as an Environmental Consultant at Spring Environmental, Inc., focusing on compliance in manufacturing and mining; Project Manager at AECOM, managing water resources and infrastructure projects; and extensive project management at Watershed Concepts and Black & Veatch, including involvement with FEMA flood insurance studies and urban drainage system modeling. Jeanne LaMotte Finger holds a B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering from UCLA and The University of Kansas, respectively.
