Dwayne Hicks

Dwayne Hicks serves as the Chief Building Official for the City of Spring Hill, Tennessee, starting in July 2023. Prior to this position, Dwayne Hicks held the role of Senior Coordinator for Construction at the Tennessee Housing Development Agency from January 2016 to August 2023. Dwayne Hicks completed education at Lenoir City High School between 1978 and 1982, and possesses certifications including CBO, MCP, and CFM.
