Robyn Normand

Robyn Normand is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Assistant Controller for the City of Spruce Grove since July 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Manager of Finance at the Town of Elk Point from February 2021 to July 2023, and Senior Treasury Analyst at the MD of Bonnyville No. 87 from December 2013 to January 2021. Robyn earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Accounting and Business Management from Camosun College between 2005 and 2009.
