David Murphy

David Murphy has extensive experience in municipal management, currently serving as the City Administrator for the City of St. Joseph, Minnesota since April 2023. Prior to this role, David held the position of City Administrator for the City of East Grand Forks from September 2013 to April 2023, and for the City of Belle Plaine from 2004 to August 2013. David holds a Master of Arts degree in Public Administration from Minnesota State University, Mankato, earned between 1994 and 2001.
