Jack Helton, CFE, FSCEO, currently serves as Assistant Fire Chief at the City of Rosenberg since August 2022, previously holding the role of Battalion Chief. Helton has extensive experience in fire service, including positions as an Investigator/Inspector for the City of Stafford, TX, and Incident Management Specialist at AC Disaster Consulting. Prior to these roles, Helton served as Battalion Chief and Fire Lieutenant/Paramedic/Fire Investigator in Pearland, and as Assistant Fire Chief in League City. Early career experience includes roles as Firefighter/Paramedic/Arson Investigator in Missouri City Fire & Rescue. Jack Helton holds an Associate of Science degree in Fire Science from Columbia Southern University and completed education at the College of the Mainland and Dickinson High School.
