Jessica Palomares

Jessica Palomares is an experienced program manager and human resources analyst currently serving the City of Stockton, CA, since November 2020. Previously, Jessica held roles at Maxim Healthcare Services as a field support manager and healthcare recruiter from November 2017 to March 2020.
