Joshua Kittinger

Joshua Kittinger, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Deputy Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development for the City of Sunrise, where responsibilities include collaborating on HR strategy and overseeing various HR functions. Previously, Joshua held key roles within the City of Hollywood, Florida, where significant achievements included managing recruitment for 470+ job classifications and implementing an onboarding software solution that enhanced the hiring process efficiency. With early career experience spanning various HR functions in organizations such as Health Choice Network and Pavarini Construction, Joshua has demonstrated expertise in recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations. Joshua holds a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from East Carolina University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kansas State University, along with a minor in Hispanic Studies.
