Edwin S. has been working with the City of Tampa since August 1996, holding the titles of Senior Systems Analyst and Network Engineer. Prior to that, Edwin served as the Information Technology Manager at Eastern Industries from 1991 to 1996. Edwin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from AMA University and an Associate of Science in Computer Programming and Analysis from Gulf Coast State College. Edwin has also pursued education in Business Analysis, Project Management, Agile Fundamentals, and Project Management Fundamentals from various institutions since 2019.
