Sten Svetljakov

Sten Svetljakov is currently the Head of Culture Department at Smart City Tartu since October 2022. Prior to this, Sten held the position of Director at Tallinn Salme Cultural Centre from December 2020 to February 2023. Sten also worked as a Project Specialist at Tallinn City during the same time period. Sten previously served as a Cultural Specialist at Põhja-Tallinn Administration from April 2012 to December 2020, where Sten organized cultural events and worked with local NGOs. Sten holds a Master's degree in cultural management from the University of Tartu and a Bachelor's degree in social studies and recreation from Tallinn University. Sten is known for being the main organizer of KopliFest, a local event that grew significantly during their tenure.
