Robert Rea

Robert Rea possesses extensive experience in community support and management roles, currently serving as a Community Mental Health and Addictions Worker at Alpha Court since September 2011. In this role, Robert provides community-based support, facilitating connections to services and offering counseling to strengthen clients' foundations in the community. Additionally, Robert has been the Security Manager at Moose Lodge 947 since January 2009, overseeing employee management and customer relations. Robert's background includes work as a Security Officer and Health and Safety Representative for the City of Thunder Bay, focusing on liquor control and customer service, and a brief tenure as a Case Manager at TBRHSC, where outpatient social work was provided to patients. Robert holds a Master’s degree and an Honours Bachelor’s degree (First Class Standing) in Sociology and Social Work from Lakehead University, earned between 2002 and 2010.
