Ansina Durham

Ansina Durham is an experienced professional in organizational development and education, currently serving as the Organizational Development Coordinator for the City of Twin Falls since October 2021. Prior to this role, Ansina held various positions at the College of Southern Idaho, including Public Services Manager and Adult Basic Education Math Instructor, from 2007 to October 2021. Additional experience includes serving as a Human Resource Assistant at The Times News and as an Assistant Administrator at Immanuel Lutheran Church from 1999 to 2006. Ansina holds a Master's degree in Training and Development and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Training and Development from Idaho State University, as well as two Associate's degrees in Library and Information Science and American Sign Language from the College of Southern Idaho.
