Bertram Whitley

Bertram Whitley has served in various capacities within the City of Tybee Island since January 2012, currently holding the position of Assistant Chief and previously working as a Criminal Investigator and Lieutenant. Bertram Whitley holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with a focus on Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Columbus State University, completed between January 2017 and January 2019.
