Randy Hagens

Randy Hagens has over four decades of experience in the engineering and architecture fields. Currently serving as the Public Works Advisory Committee Chairman and Member for the City of University Park since June 2004, Randy has previously held leadership roles at AG&E Structural Engenuity from September 2013 to July 2020, including Principal Operations and COO. Prior experience includes Vice President at HDR Architecture, Inc. from September 1997 to August 2013, and various project engineering positions at Doyle Engineering Group, Hamill & McKinney, J P Hill, and SHW Group. Randy holds a Master of Science in Engineering (MSE) in Civil Engineering from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Architecture in Architectural Structures from Texas Tech University.
