Sharah' Denton

Sharah' Denton, M.S. serves as the Community Relations and Marketing Manager for the City of Valdosta since March 2022. In addition, Sharah' chairs the National Health Equity Committee for the National Council of Negro Women, Inc. since September 2020 and operates as CEO and PR Consultant for Go4It Communications, LLC, a role held since September 2016. Previous experiences include managing outreach testing programs as the Prevention Program Manager for South Health District, where responsibilities included overseeing the continuum of HIV care, and serving as Development Director for Lowndes Associated Ministries to People Inc., achieving significant fundraising success. Sharah' also contributed to Brooks County Schools as a Parent and Community Relations Specialist and worked as a reporter for Valdosta Daily Times. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and New Media Production & Technology from Northern Michigan University.
