Thomas Hess

Thomas Hess serves as the Central Maintenance Superintendent for the City of Valdosta, Georgia, since December 2009. In this role, Thomas leads the maintenance operations for the city's water plant, water wells, two wastewater treatment plants, and all pump lift stations. Thomas successfully completed the transition to a centralized maintenance organization, enhancing the efficiency of municipal operations. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Professional Aeronautics with a minor in Aviation Safety from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
