Nicholas T. is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in systems administration and technical support. Currently serving as an Assistant Systems Administrator for the City of Wadsworth since May 2019, Nicholas specializes in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing network operations, and overseeing Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) systems. Previously, as Computer Technician Lead at Kent State University, Nicholas led a team in providing technical support, performing hardware and software installations, and delivering training to users. Nicholas also has experience as a Public Safety Intern with the City of Wadsworth, where responsibilities included legislative documentation and collaboration with local law enforcement. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a focus on Computer Security and Forensics from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from The Ohio State University.
