Elizabeth Quilici

Elizabeth Quilici, PE has a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Minor in Construction Management from the University of California, Davis. Elizabeth has extensive experience in the public sector, having worked as a Civil Engineering Supervisor for the City of Ripon, and currently serves as the Assistant Director of Public Works and Engineering for the City of Waxahachie. Prior to their current role, Elizabeth worked as an Assistant Director of Development Services and City Engineer for the City of DeSoto. Additionally, Elizabeth has experience in construction management and quality control from their time as an Engineer at Balfour Beatty Infrastructure Inc.
