Danielle Pitts, MSM, serves as the Public Safety Communications Supervisor for the City of West Allis since November 2017, overseeing the 911 Communications Center to ensure efficient and timely response to calls for service. Prior to this role, Danielle worked for the Village of Bayside as a Lead Telecommunicator and Communications Training Officer, operating the enhanced 911 system and police and fire radio systems from March to November 2017. Danielle's extensive experience also includes over 15 years at the Milwaukee Police Department as an Emergency Communications Operator II and Training Office Coordinator, where critical decision-making and resource allocation were essential. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Management from Cardinal Stritch University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management from Lakeland University.
