Dave Greenspan

Dave Greenspan has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Dave is currently working as a Special Projects employee for the Lorain County Board of County Commissioners since 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the City Council President for the City Of Westlake Ohio starting in 2022. From 2021 to 2023, they held the position of Principal for Local and State Government Relations at The MetroHealth System. Dave also worked as the Chief Executive Officer for Green Elk Consulting from 2008 to 2021. In addition, they served as an Ohio State Representative for District 16 from 2017 to 2020 and as a County Council Member for Cuyahoga County from 2011 to 2016. Dave Greenspan has also held executive positions in various companies such as Nine Iron Innovations, Inc., ExchangeBLVD, Inc., and MyTurn, Inc.

From 1983 to 1988, Dave Greenspan attended Troy University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
