Troy Anderson

Troy Anderson, AICP, serves as the Assistant City Manager for the City of Wichita, Kansas, since August 2022. Prior to this role, Troy held the position of Deputy Chief of Staff for the City of Omaha from February 2018 to August 2022 and was the Executive Director of the Omaha Municipal Land Bank from June 2019 to March 2020. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Planning for the City of Fremont, Nebraska, from February 2015 to February 2018 and as Building & Development Services Manager for the City of Lakeway, Texas, from September 2012 to January 2015. Troy’s earlier roles encompass City Planner in Weatherford, Texas, and Planning Assistant in Branson, Missouri. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies from the University of Arkansas. Troy graduated with honors from Fayetteville High School.
