Denecca Guile

Denecca Guile is a seasoned compliance specialist currently employed by the City of Wilmington, DE, since July 2019, where responsibilities include conducting internal investigations related to discrimination and workplace misconduct. Prior to this role, Denecca served as a Labor Law Enforcement Supervisor for the State of Delaware's Department of Labor, managing the unit's operations and monitoring compliance with EEOC contracts. Denecca also held the position of Labor Law Enforcement Officer II, conducting complex investigations into employment discrimination. Earlier experience includes serving as a Mediation/Arbitration Officer in the New Castle County Family Court, where mediation sessions were facilitated to resolve disputes. Denecca holds a Master of Science in Public Safety with a specialization in Criminal Justice from Capella University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Hampton University.
