Fillemon Neputa

Fillemon Neputa is a seasoned professional in the field of information and communications technology, currently serving as the Strategic Executive: ICT and Chief of Digitization & Innovation at the City of Windhoek since March 2019, focusing on transforming Windhoek into a smart city. Prior experience includes managerial roles at Namibia Post Limited, overseeing bancassurance and leading strategic project development, as well as significant contributions at FNB Namibia in project management and innovation. Fillemon began their career as a Systems Analyst at Telecom Namibia, specializing in SAP configuration and support. Fillemon holds an MBA in Strategy and Change Management, a Bachelor's degree in Business Computing, and a Diploma in the same field, demonstrating a solid educational foundation to complement extensive hands-on experience.
