Heather Reuter

Heather Reuter, CPM, has extensive experience in planning and administration, currently serving as a Senior Planner in the Planning Division for the City of Winter Haven since August 2021. Heather began employment with the City of Winter Haven in May 2016 as an Executive Assistant in Growth Management and progressed through roles as Planner I and Planner II prior to the current position. Additionally, Heather is the Owner and Photographer of HJLane Photography, which has been operational since December 2011. Prior to these roles, Heather worked at Publix Super Markets from September 2005 to April 2016, where duties included Supervisor of Office Administration and various administrative positions. Educational credentials include a BA in Political Science from Florida Southern College and a Certified Public Manager designation from Florida State University.
