Beth Kowalczyk currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of both the Ohio Association of Area Agencies on Aging and Direction Home Ohio LLC, and has held various leadership roles including Chief Policy Officer at o4a. With extensive experience in public policy and advocacy, Kowalczyk has been instrumental in developing policies that support the aging network and improve public services. As a member of the Worthington City Council, serving as President Pro Tem, Kowalczyk has focused on effective public policy for vulnerable populations. With a legal background as a statewide attorney and experience at the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, Kowalczyk has dedicated over 28 years to advocating for low-income Ohioans. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Writing from Kent State University. Additionally, Kowalczyk is a Certified Trainer with the National Center to Reframe Aging, promoting a positive narrative regarding aging.
