Gene Oliver

Gene Oliver is an accomplished information technology executive currently serving as the Director of Information Technology for the City of Worthington since August 2017, while also working as an independent consultant for ITdatalytics LLC since May 2015. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Gene was the Sr. VP of Information Technology and CIO at PCCW Teleservices from November 2015 to August 2017, overseeing IT operations across the US and Panama. Gene's earlier career at OCLC spanned over three decades, culminating in positions such as Executive Director of Shared Services and Vice President of Global Systems & Information Technology, where significant contributions were made to enterprise applications and data strategies. Gene Oliver holds an M.B.A. from Ohio University and a BME from The Ohio State University, complemented by training from Gartner Executive Programs' CIO Bootcamp. Additionally, Gene served as board president of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce from 2014 to 2015.
