Blanda Nace

Blanda Nace is the Chief Opportunity Development Officer at the City of York, PA. Prior to this role, Blanda served as the Executive Director of the City of York Redevelopment Authority, as well as holding various positions at the York County Economic Alliance. Blanda also has experience as a Township Supervisor and has served on multiple boards including the Modern Transit Partnership and Pennsylvania Downtown Center. With a background in structural design and construction engineering, Blanda brings a diverse skill set to economic development and community revitalization efforts.
