Carolyn Scotchmer

Carolyn Scotchmer is an experienced environmental leader currently serving as a Board Member for City Parks Alliance since July 2023. Since March 2012, Carolyn has held the position of Executive Director for the TD Friends of the Environment Foundation, overseeing the foundation's operations and corporate environmental contributions. Carolyn also managed grants and programs for the foundation as Regional Manager in the Greater Toronto Area, Central Ontario, and the Atlantic Region. Prior engagements include a Board Member role at Environment Funders Canada from May 2017 to June 2023, where Carolyn served as Chair from 2020 to 2023, and a Board Member position at West End Food Co-op from June 2010 to December 2012. Carolyn's past leadership roles encompass Executive Director at Greenest City and Board President at Citizens Environment Watch. Educational credentials include a Master of Environmental Studies from York University and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Biology from Queen's University.
